Each client has full control by letting them create a checklist that suits their needs on any schedule they choose...
Along with our walkthrough inspections, we offer several free services (upon request) with any scheduled walkthrough service... Here are just a few:
- A/C filter replacement
- Replacement of smoke alarm batteries
- Replace missing or burnt out light bulbs
- Adjustment to interior climate
- Checking for and discarding old mail, leaflets or newspapers
- Key placement
- Remove garbage cans from street
- Close curtains and blinds
- Create send inspection report and updated digital photos to client
*The services above are free and based on being performing during a routine or scheduled walkthrough. Although the services are free, any materials used while providing such services (such as filters, bulbs, batteries, keys, etc) will be billed to the client.
